  • MSC and exosome products are NOT lawfully sellable in the US (21 CFR 1271). This vertical sells navigation and information, never the biologic.
  • The member pays the clinic directly. ARK takes no share of the treatment price and earns the same whether the member books or not.
  • US-facing efficacy advertising stays within FTC jurisdiction regardless of where the procedure happens.
  • Evidence grade for systemic MSC is D (card C04, rank 15). Marketing copy may not outrun that grade.
  • COFEPRIS has authorized no stem-cell clinical protocol; 'COFEPRIS-licensed' means facility licenses only. No clinic in this vertical may be described as approved.
